I’m Karine, a holistic psychotherapist and life coach and I’d like to officially welcome you to the happy-holistic family.

The course is taught in video format. You'll find the modules and lessons to the right of your screen.

We've made the entire course available at once so you can go from lesson to lesson at your ease. Though we do recommend completing a module before moving on to the next.
